Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

• UPS Ground Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days (free)

• 2nd Day Air (U.S.): 2–3 business days ($10)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically when eligible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at more@breathewave.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
